Refund Policy

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Exceptions for Dropshipping Orders
As some products are shipped directly from suppliers, please allow 10–15 business days for us to coordinate with the supplier regarding your return or refund request.
